These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji29 Casino ("ji29," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ji29 online gaming platform accessible at ji29.cam and all related mobile interfaces, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the ji29 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ji29 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ji29 Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting ji29 customer support. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account at ji29 Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style online gambling. This age requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of each gaming session, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful under applicable local law.
• You must not be excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion program, court order, PAGCOR directive, or similar restriction.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) ji29 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals therein.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your legal full name as it appears on your government ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, an active email address, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify ji29 of any changes by contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ji29 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. ji29 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. You must notify ji29 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

ji29 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 (twenty Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated within the ji29 account cashier and are subject to change.

All deposits are credited to your ji29 gaming wallet instantly or within the processing time stated for each payment method. ji29 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges which are beyond ji29's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or the payment method designated as your primary withdrawal channel on your verified account. ji29 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds or that arise from unusual account activity. In such cases, additional documentation may be required and processing times may be extended. ji29 will communicate the reason for any delay where permitted by applicable law.

ji29 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms when a promotion is claimed.

The following general bonus rules apply to all ji29 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion details prior to claiming.

ji29 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside the ji29 Platform.

ji29 offers a range of online casino games including but not limited to bingo, slot machines, live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), color game, e-sabong, sports betting, and number games. Each game category is governed by its own rules available within the game interface and the Platform's game help sections.

All random number generator (RNG) games on the ji29 Platform utilize certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for randomness and fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers under conditions audited for physical card integrity, dealer training standards, and real-time streaming security. Results from live dealer games are final once the game round is officially closed by the dealer or game software.

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or registering using false personal information
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through nominees
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment method usage, or identity theft
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to circumvent Platform security
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigurations for financial gain — any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported and will be voided
• Engaging in collusion with other players, live dealers, or any third party to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any transaction that facilitates proceeds of unlawful activity under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA)
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ji29 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel

All content on the ji29 Platform — including but not limited to the ji29 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, marketing materials, software and source code, written content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ji29 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act No. 8293) and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ji29 content. Any unauthorized use of ji29 intellectual property may result in legal action.

ji29 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. ji29 acknowledges that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors and is dedicated to providing tools and resources to help manage these risks.

ji29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable laws of the Philippines
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of a withdrawal request
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling
• Chargebacks initiated against ji29 deposits without legitimate cause
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• At the direction of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ji29 will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation reveals no wrongdoing by the player, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, ji29 may void bonuses and associated winnings in accordance with applicable Terms while returning genuine deposits subject to AML compliance checks.

Players may also close their own ji29 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframes outlined in Section 4.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, ji29 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any inability to access it, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device damage, or third-party service failures.

ji29's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their ji29 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji29 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji29 makes no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform's content for any particular purpose.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the ji29 Platform, or any individual game or transaction shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact ji29 customer support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. ji29 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory complaint procedures applicable to PAGCOR-licensed operators.
• Step 3 — Arbitration or Court: Disputes not resolved through the above steps shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the above, ji29 reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unlawful conduct on the Platform.

ji29 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform features, or business operations. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, ji29 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via registered email or a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform. For minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued access to and use of the ji29 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account before the effective date.
