• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of the active account relationship plus five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction as required by the AMLC and PAGCOR record-keeping rules.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for two (2) years from the date of each gaming session, or longer if required for dispute resolution or regulatory audit purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the final communication in each support case, to enable follow-up and quality assurance.
• Marketing Preference Records: Retained for the duration of your account, plus one year after account closure or opt-out, to maintain an accurate suppression list.

• Your full registered name and account username or registered email address
• A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the specific data or processing activity it relates to
• A copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID for identity verification purposes

ji29 will acknowledge your request within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, ji29 may extend this period by a further fifteen (15) business days with prior notice to you.

ji29 will not charge a fee for the first data access or correction request submitted in any twelve-month period. Subsequent requests within the same period may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee to cover processing costs.

If you are dissatisfied with ji29's response to a data rights request, you may escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

The ji29 Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 years, as required by PAGCOR for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines. ji29 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under 21 years of age.

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method from which they originated, net of any games played, subject to the requirements of Philippine gaming law.

If you believe ji29 has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, please contact the Data Protection Officer immediately at the contact details in Section 12. ji29 will promptly investigate and take appropriate action including deletion of the data and notification to PAGCOR where required.

ji29 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, NPC regulations, PAGCOR requirements, Platform features, or ji29's data processing practices. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated accordingly.

For material changes that affect your rights or the manner in which your personal data is processed, ji29 will provide advance notice via registered email or a prominent Platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. For minor amendments that do not materially alter the substance of this Policy, the updated version will be published on the Platform without prior notification.

Your continued use of the ji29 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and request deletion of your personal data subject to the retention requirements described in Section 6.

ji29 has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with the requirements of the National Privacy Commission. The DPO is responsible for overseeing ji29's compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and serves as the primary point of contact for data subjects wishing to exercise their rights or raise privacy concerns.
